Together, these perspectives help reveal where expectations align—and where your team may need more support.
Bring your survey responses into context through two 30-minute conversations: one with a manager or senior leader, and one with a frontline employee or team lead.
We explore everyday challenges, clarify priorities, and discuss what successful adoption would look like for the people doing the work.
Receive three recommendations grounded in your team’s input and organizational values. Each identifies a practical step to support adoption, reduce risk, or prepare your people for change.
