Our people-driven assessment is for organizations preparing to adopt or improve AI and robotics in their workplace. Help your organization strategically utilize both people and tech resources today and for long-term, adaptable, sustainable success.

Before you purchase, pilot, or scale AI and robotics tools, your team needs a clear understanding of:

• What problem you’re solving

• How people will experience the change

We help leadership and frontline translate their valuable experience into actionable steps.

After both surveys are completed, our team will meet with:

• 1 manager or senior leader (30 minutes)

• 1 front-line employee or team lead (30 minutes)

After reviewing all survey responses and conducting two 30-minute calls, we give you:

Your 3 Actionable, Ethical, People-First Recommendations

These are not vague suggestions. They are:

Examples include:
